A captivating duo that brings swing, folk and soundtracks to the lights of Christmas markets and the sparkling atmosphere of the beginning of the year
On 3 January, when the air still carries the scent of the festive season and the Christmas markets shine with their last moments of magic, Lorenzo Vuolo (guitar) and Arjuna Iacci (saxophone, mandolin and vocals), known as Rumba Pesa, bring a concert to Campitello that warms the square and lifts everyone's spirits. Their project, Musical Delivery, was born on the street: light in instrumentation, direct in rhythm, and able to turn any corner into a vibrant stage. Swing is their compass - from Glenn Miller to Django Reinhardt and Duke Ellington - but the duo loves to wander into folk, popular traditions and the great Italian film scores of Morricone, Rota and Carpi. A bright, immediate concert filled with energy, humour and melody: the perfect way to glide through the turning point of the holiday season and begin the new year with a light heart.
