Leading the temporary brigade is the chef of the "Osteria da Carpano", whose expertise will give you the right tips for cooking the typical dishes of Val di Fassa. Keep an eye on all the procedures, techniques and details, so once you get home, you can treat your family and friends to a restaurant dish, or rather ... an Osteria's dish!

Main ingredients of the experience:
- arrive on time at the meeting place
- be guided in the preparation of the recipe for which you will receive the ingredients and the necessary equipment; if you wish, bring an apron with you
- don't forget the secret ingredients: curiosity and fun as needed
Programme: 3:50 p.m. meeting at the "Osteria da Carpano" in Vigo (San Giovanni traffic roundabout); welcome of the "Osteria"'s chef and preparation of the planned dish together; conclusion of the activity at approximately 6 p.m.

Price: € 35 per person. Includes: restaurant hospitality, lesson with the chef, ingredients.
Reserved for adults; only people registered for the cooking class can take part in the experience. Minimum 5 and maximum 20 participants. Private parking at the restaurant.
The experience can be booked online or in the tourist offices of the valley by 6 p.m. the day before the activity.
