Enrosadira Time - Sunset at the farmstead
Walk to the Masc Aloch farmstead and allow yourself to be won over by the many genuine delicacies, surrounded by the lights and colours of the day gently fading on the Catinaccio
The end of a day spent skiing, walking or snowshoeing becomes the perfect moment to relax and be enchanted by the magic of nature. It is precisely at this juncture that the Ladins celebrate the "Enrosadira", a unique spectacle in which the Dolomites, kissed by the sun's rays at sunrise and sunset, are tinged with extraordinary colours: from orange to pink to deep red. A phenomenon that deserves to be experienced from a privileged position, perhaps accompanied by something delicious to taste. From this idea comes "Enrosadira Time", a special initiative that, until the end of March, invites you to experience the warm welcome of the valley's agritourisms, mountain diaries, mountain huts and hotels as the sun goes down. Here, the managers will not only show you the best spots to admire the sunset, but will also surprise you with sweet or savoury gastronomic specialities, to be savoured with a steaming herbal tea, a glass of Trentino wine or a craft beer from the mountains. An unmissable opportunity to combine the pleasure of the senses with that of nature.
"Enrosadira Time" can be experienced at the Masc Aloch farmstead in Pozza, from Thursday to Tuesday.
Programme
- You can arrive at the farmstead with an easy walk from Pozza di Fassa (about 20-30 minutes), leaving your car at the parking of the Ski Stadium Aloch. Here you can wait for the sun to set, admiring the Catinaccio tinged with pink. Climbing up a little more (about 5 minutes), you’ll have an evocative 360° view.
- What to taste: you’ll be spoilt for choice between savoury and sweet. We recommend not to miss out on their plates of homemade charcuterie and cheeses of "Mèlga de Fascia", paired with a craft beer of Birra di Fiemme. Or a slice of strudel with ice cream, together with a cup of hot mulled cider or mulled wine. Possibility of gluten-free snack.

- Equipment required: a good pair of mountain shoes is enough, since the track it’s beaten. Suitable for children, for the little ones it’s recommended a child carrier.
