Knödelfest – The Canederli FestivalTwo days of tastings, workshops, shows, music and fun for all ages! Over 20 varieties of canederli—savory, sweet, in broth or dry, with meat, cheese, vegetables, vegan and gluten-free—paired with local wines, beers and grappas. Entertainment includes children’s activities, folk parades, live Tyrolean music, shows by CircaTeatro, and the exciting election of Miss & Mister Canederlo!

• Saturday, September 6 – Imèr
  
  9:30 a.m.: Knödelfest Tour – San Silvestro Church (booking required)
  9:30 a.m.: Opening of craft markets
  11:00 a.m.: Parade through the town with folk groups from Mezzano, Castel Tesino, Primiero Folk Band, Schützen Primör, coscritti and CircaTeatro
  11:30 a.m.: How to make Canederli? Show cooking with G.A.R.I. Group
  12:00 p.m.: Opening of food stands with canederli tasting + live music (SalzburgSound, Die Jungen Pseirer, Sabrina Salvestrin, Siver Music)
  3:00 p.m.: Street shows with folk groups and CircaTeatro + Wanda Circus kids’ entertainment
  4:00 p.m.: Children’s workshop “Knead & roll for divine canederli!” with Silvia Coletto (booking required)
  4:00 p.m.: Canederli treasure hunt (booking required)
  4:30 p.m.: How to make Canederli? Show cooking with G.A.R.I. Group
  5:00 p.m.: Street show with CircaTeatro

  10:15 p.m.: Concert event with Die Thierseer, one of Tyrol’s most famous bands
