Casa Cristina is a detached house with a fenced garden located 200 m from Lake Ledro. The house is two-storey and consists of a kitchen, a living room, two bathrooms and two bedrooms.

Both bedrooms and the living room have access to a balcony with a view over the lake and the surrounding mountains. Further amenities include two parking places, a storage area for sports equipment, a small veranda and a garden with outdoor furniture, a barbecue, flowerbeds, trees and aromatic plants.

Casa Cristina is located in a quiet area near the lake and the woods. Restaurants, pizzerias, cafés and a boat rental are available within a radius of 300 metres. The closest beach is about 10 minutes’ walk and the next grocery store is 15 minutes’ walk or a few minutes’ drive away. Next to the house there's a park where occasionally sport and music events take place.
