Elegant attic in a new, earthquake-resistant, Klima house. Spacious underground garage with elevator access to the floor. Very quiet and peaceful apartment, located in the city center with all amenities nearby, including the supermarket. The ski bus stop is right outside the house.
The house is equipped with a home automation system that allows heating to be turned on and off via SMS, very convenient for those who use it during the winter season.
It is possible to rent it for periods no shorter than a week.

No pets are allowed, and smoking is not welcome.

Cars, e-scooters, and e-bikes with lithium batteries cannot access the garage.

Lithium batteries from e-bikes and/or e-scooters cannot be brought inside the house, even for charging.

After each stay, the apartment is fully sanitized and disinfected.

    The reservation is valid if the deposit arrives within 4 days of acceptance.

    The tourist tax must be paid directly at the hotel (for guests over 14) for a maximum of 10 nights and it will be added to your reservation bill. 4* and 4*S hotels € 2,50 – 3* and 3*S hotels € 2,00 – other accommodations € 1,50 – private apartments € 1,00.
