The property is located in Brentonico, immersed in the greenery of the Baldo mountains, just 15 minutes from the Lake Garda and 10 minutes from the mountains of the plateau. The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a large living area. A heated indoor pool is available year-round. There is a gym with Kinesis by Tecnogym. The private garden offers a magnificent view of the mountains.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

It is not permitted to host persons other than those registered at check-in; therefore, access to the property is not permitted for other individuals, whether for overnight stays or temporary visits. If a violation of this is confirmed during checkout, a penalty of €100 will be applied for each unregistered person.

It is strictly forbidden to organize parties or any activities that may disturb the neighbors. Out of respect for good manners, guests are asked to avoid any "loud" noise (shouting, music, etc.) after 11:00 PM.

Both check-in and check-out must be done in the presence of the Host.

The house is fully available for guests.

No animals are allowed.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property and consuming meals at the pool is not allowed.

The structure provides a private garage for two cars. The living area on the first floor overlooks the private garden and the indoor pool. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances including microwave, kettle etc ... and a large dining table is available. Before entering the pool it is possible to find a small herbal tea corner and a gym with Tecnogym Kinesis for free-body exercises with different resistances. The swimming pool (5.2m * 2.2m) is equipped with counter-current swimming and hydromassage area. The water temperature is around 30 degrees. The sleeping area with three large bedrooms (one double, one single and one with a bunk bed) with two balconies to enjoy the view of our mountains. In the bathroom on the second floor there is a Teuco shower with a Turkish bath function.

...and then, to end the day, you can immerse yourself in the heated indoor pool being pampered by the hydromassage looking at the magnificent landscape.
