Prachtig vrijstaand huis in het panoramische en zonnige gebied van "Pera alta", het bestaat uit slechts 4 wooneenheden.

Het is zonder twijfel de favoriete keuze voor een vakantie in totale ontspanning en rust!

Het ligt op slechts 15-20 minuten wandelen van het centrum, en de dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt is 500 meter verderop.

Op 500 meter afstand bevindt zich de start van de kabelbaan "Vajolet" om in de winter te skiën op de pistes van het skigebied Catinaccio / Ciampediè en in de zomer is het ook het vertrekpunt van de pendelbus naar Gardeccia, voor talrijke zomerse uitstapjes.

Voorzien van een garage, externe parkeerplaats, gratis ski- en fietsenopslag.

Alle appartementen hebben gratis toegang tot het WI-FI-netwerk en beschikken over een flatscreen-tv met TV-SAT voor enkele buitenlandse zenders.
In al onze accommodaties is het verboden om te waxen.

Belangrijk: het is absoluut verboden om te barbecueën in de privétuinen/terrassen van het appartement of huis.

    The reservation is valid only under the terms and for the number of occupants (adults and children, if any) specified in the confirmation email. Any changes must be agreed in advance with the owner of the house, who reserves the right to accept or deny them.

    Towels are not included, but you can reserve them separately ( € 10/person/week – TO RESERVE 7/10 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL)
