The ground floor apartment, completely renewed in 2007, has a direct access to the private garden; it has two bedrooms, a living room with double bed sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower. On the same floor, there is also a romantic room with 1/2 beds and bathroom with shower. There is a nice private garden with relax area, barbecue, private covered parking place, bike and surf deposit. The villa is located 800 mt from Arco town centre, 100 mt from the supermarket and 3,5 km from Riva del Garda.

The apartment is on the ground floor with direct access to the garden of approximately 1,000 square meters where you can eat, relax and enjoy your relaxation between palm trees, olive trees, and green meadow.

My wife and I are in the house beside us and we are always available to provide you with all the information or practical help to make sure you enjoy your holiday.
Other things to note
GUEST CARD free for all our customers. The apartment is all on the ground floor with private parking, covered garage for motorbikes, bike storage, inside a closed property, but at the same time within easy reach of all the most important attractions and services. Up to 2 cars can be parked for each apartment on the property. But it is not allowed to bring bicycles inside the apartments; for bicycles we have a covered place available for guests' bicycles. Pets allowed only on request, with a cleaning fee of € 5 per day.
