  Bookings: Reservations are guaranteed with a deposit for 3 days stay or through credit card guarantee are valid.
  Cancellation policy: it is never pleasant to cancel a reservation or anticipate the departure for both parts. In these circumstances it is necessary to charge you 3 days cancellation fee (including the deposit) and all days booked made within 15 days before the arrival .
  In case of deferred check in or advance departure we will charge you for every day of your original booking;
  Stays from 1St November 2015 will be charged a tourist tax.
  The tourist tax is an amount that must be paid cash at the accommodation for stays from 1 to 10 nights in addition to the price of
  the holiday booked (Euro 2,50 per person and night)
