  We require 20% of the amount at the time of booking, 30% of the amount 30 days before arrival and the balance one week before arrival.

  For cancellations up to one month before arrival, a voucher will be issued equal to the amount paid as a deposit/security deposit. From the 29th day to the 7th day before arrival, 50% of the total amount of the stay is due as a cancellation penalty; from the 7th day to the day of arrival the full amount of the stay is due

  Our customers are important to us, we will always do good if we manage to rent the apartment again. - The voucher is valid for one year from the date of issue.

  The price does not include the tourist tax of €1.50 per person (excluding children under 14) per day for the first 10 days of stay (Local Decree 8/2002 art. 16 bis).
