    Ordinary final cleaning is included, however it is requested not to leave garbage, dirty dishes and groceries in the apartment.

    Not included: tourist tax (1 €/day/person max 10 nights, <14 years excluded) and bathroom linen (optional 5 €/person/week including shower, face and guest towels).

    The balance must be paid upon arrival; together it is required to pay an additional sum of € 300, in cash, as a deposit, which will be returned upon departure, after checking the apartment.

    The reservation is valid only under the terms and for the number of occupants specified in the confirmation email. Any changes must be agreed in advance with the accommodation provider, who reserves the right to accept them or not.

    Credit and debit cards are accepted at the property.
