A hut, a fragrant dinner with polenta and strudel, to soften the itch of autumn nights. The stars that quilt the sky, the fir trees that chat with the whisper of the wind. In this quiet, sudden, lulled by the black belly of the night, a sound. A grave and imposing, very fast verse. It's time for the bellow. In the chaotic silence of nature, a figure moves on the prairie, it is the deer, a massive male with sharp antlers and his head towards the moon. In the deep darkness we observe it with the thermal imager that allows to color the heat of the bodies; we remain stationed to observe this song and feel this lightning passion.
- - 2 nights with half board. Buffet breakfast with fresh and regional products, desserts and small homemade pastries. Cold cuts corner, salad corner, cheese corner. Egg menu and cafeteria served at the table. For dinner every day appetizer served at the table, choice of menu between 4 first courses, 4 second courses, choice of dessert. Every day an INSIDER choice, an EXPLORER and a VEG (the latter light and low-calorie) for both the first and the second.
- - 1 evening excursion in the National Park accompanied by the guides with dinner at the mountain hut (Friday or Saturday). *The excursion includes a night walk in the woods where the sounds of nature will be heard. Difficulty: medium/easy. Duration: from 19.00 to approximately 23.00 (including dinner). What to wear: Adequate clothing for autumn and evening excursions in the mountains: trekking shoes, windproof jacket (avoid bright colors if possible), gloves, headband, comfortable, warm and long trousers.

Aankomst
Als je met de auto komt, weet dan dat je deze (en vergeet deze) kunt parkeren in onze zeer handige garage. De Val di Sole is met de auto bereikbaar via verschillende routes: van de snelweg A22, afrit S. Michele, weg naar Val di Non en Val di Sole. Vanuit Lombardije, via de Tonale-pas, van Madonna di Campiglio, via de Campo Carlo Magno-pas.
De beste manier om MONROC te bereiken, is waarschijnlijk met de trein. Van het station Daolasa naar de deur van het hotel moet je slechts 50 meter comfortabel onder een overdekte ruimte lopen: we halen je bagage op. De Trento-Malè, de spoorlijn van Val di Sole, bedient de gehele Val di Sole en Non met comfortabele en gloednieuwe treinen tot het eindpunt in Trento. Trento is verbonden met het nationale en internationale spoorwegnet (via de Brenner) en wordt bediend door alle hogesnelheidstreinen van TrenItalia.
