The house is located in a quiet and very sunny area of ​​Vigo di Fassa with a splendid view of Sass da le Doudesc and a large garden. It is a few minutes walking from the center and very close (80m) to the Ciampedie-Catinaccio cable car station which is the starting point for many excursions in the panoramic Catinaccio / Rosengarten area in summer and a very scenic ski resort particularly suitable for families.

    A deposit of 30% of the total price is required at booking. The reservation is definetly confirmed once we receive the deposit. The balance of another 30% of the total price is required 15 days before arrival date. For the bookings received less than 15 days before the arrival date, a payment of 60% of the total price is required. The balance can be done the day before arrival or on site.

    In case of cancellation of the reservation:

    - Within 60 days before the check-in date, free cancellation.

    - Between 59 and 15 days before the check-in date, the guest will lose 30% of the rental amount (deposit).

    - Less than 14 days before the check-in date, the guest will lose 60% of the rental amount.

    - Less than 7 days before the check-in date, the guest must pay 100% of the rental amount.
