From the 29th day preceding the arrival a cancellation fee is applicable, equal to the amount of the deposit paid.
The reservation is valid only under the terms and for the number of occupants (adults and children, if any) specified in the confirmation email. Any changes must be agreed in advance with the owner of the house, who reserves the right to accept or deny them.
The price includes:
- Final cleaning;
- 1 parking space for each apartment;
- Energy consumption and heating;
- Baby equipment (cot, high chair and stroller), on request;
Linen (bed and bath) on request, for a fee € 10.00 per person, per change.
No pets of any kind or size allowed.
