Among the trees on the slopes of Lagorai, an almost unknown area of the Valsugana, there is a small cottage in the middle of the woods, like that of fairy tales: a small house immersed in silent nature, as you had always dreamed it. It is the Agriturismo la Casa nel Bosco, in name and in fact, which with its 4 rooms promises you relaxation and serenity for a few nights, lulled by the breeze blowing between the mountain peaks and the scent of pine trees. This will be a weekend to remember!
We are not satisfied with just resting, or relaxing with a sauna or a bath in the Agriturismo's whirlpool: the Casa nel Bosco can offer much more! Led by the very talented and expert Stefania Dal Fior, owner of the farm, we will discover which properties are hidden in the herbs of the forest and the vegetable garden, and what wonderful things can be obtained if we combine them with some tasty ingredient and make them ... of the unique mixtures officinal herbs and flowers for herbal teas!
WHAT WE WILL DO:
Friday 2 October
- Arrival at the Agritur starting at 2.00 pm. To welcome you there will be Mrs. Stefania with her cheerfulness and availability to show you the house. You will have plenty of time to settle in your room and maybe relax in the small spaces dedicated to wellness: after all, you have to make up for the tiredness of the journey!
- Dinner break: Stefania can easily show you a good restaurant, before preparing for your first night in the house of your dreams.

Saturday 3 October
- In the morning, a rich and fresh breakfast awaits you until 10.00. There will be biscuits, homemade cakes, jams but also savory products like malga cheese and cured meats, all typically from Trentino and where possible organic, many of which are prepared personally by the lady of the house.
- 2.00 pm: The tour to discover the herbs begins near the farm, where, always accompanied by Mrs. Stefania, you will be guided through the rows of aromatic and medicinal herbs: they will tell you where they come from, what peculiarities they have and, if this is the your passion, will give you useful advice on how to grow them or how to live with them! After touring the fields, you can visit the laboratory where edible herbs and flowers are stored and dried.
- About 5.00 pm: it's time to get your hands started! Let's roll up our sleeves and experience for ourselves how we make officinal herbs and flowers for herbal teas: stuff them with a little love and some other tantalizing pair! If you learn how to do it well, then you can do it again at home!
- It's dinner time again: ask Ms. Stefania where you can go to enjoy a typical dinner!
Sunday 4 October
- After another rich breakfast, you will be free to move around the area starting at 10.00 (check out time), but we can't say goodbye without a last visit! Mrs. Stefania wants to offer you a walk to discover the chestnut (extra activity).
- We say goodbye and wish you a nice day in our Trentino: there are so many beautiful things to do around here!

Agritur Dal Fior “La Casa nel Bosco” is gelegen op de berg boven Roncegno T. 1000 meter boven de zeespiegel, omgeven door beuken en lariksen. De opbouw gemaakt van hout en is van alle gemakken voorzien, die een gast nodig heeft. Na een wandeling in onze prachtige bergen, kunt u ontspannen in de buiten whirlpool of geheel privé in de sauna. Het rijke ontbijt wordt geserveerd met typische producten uit Trentino met biologische voorkeur.

Stefania, met een passie voor geneeskrachtige kruiden en met bijzondere aandacht voor de natuur om haar heen, heeft van haar passie een werkactiviteit gemaakt. Samen met haar man Bruno teelt en verwerkt ze al jaren geneeskrachtige kruiden, en in het ritme van de seizoenen gaat ze op zoek naar wildpluk van bepaalde kruiden. Stefania en Bruno wonen in een Huis in het Bos op de berg van Roncegno Terme, en hun gezelschap wordt gevormd door de kleine Penny, een zwarte Schnauzer van 6 jaar, en de nieuwe aanwinsten Pita, een rode kip, en Giancarlina, een ondeugende gans, die 's ochtends verse eieren leveren voor het ontbijt ........
