The reservation is valid only under the terms and for the number of occupants (adults and children, if any) specified in the confirmation email. Any changes must be agreed in advance with the owner of the house, who reserves the right to accept or deny them.
Price includes:
- energy consumption (water, light and gas);
- heating in winter;
- 1 parking space;
The final cleaning is included in the price, provided that the apartment is left clean and tidy. Otherwise will be charged an extra € 50,00.
The bed linen is provided only on request.
