Anna Maria and Michele, with their children Pietro and Marco, are happy to welcome all guests who want to visit the Lake Ledro and Trentino region. Anna Maria is a tourist guide and hobby botanist, so she can help with many suggestions and information in order to make your holiday a very special one. The rooms are large and comfortable, therefore we need time to heat them in the coldest months, during the winter we accept reservations only for stays of at least 2/3 nights. Otherwise it would be unsustainable from both the environmental and economical point of view. Since 2018 we have the environmental certification ECOLABEL. In 2019 we got the brand of the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve Alpi Ledrensi and Judicaria.

Podmínky
Our rooms are on the second floor with indipendent access. When you check in you get your house key so that you can go and come back any time. Breakfast is usually served from 8:00 to 10:00 am. When the weather is good we have breakfast on the large terrace with view on the valley and the small cosy Saint Martin's church. If you inform us in advance we can prepare also guten free or vegan cakes. Hikers can arrange an early breakfast and a lunch packet. We care for a relaxing holiday and for your safety, we garantee a deep leaning and a sanification with ozone at the end of each stay.

Large and comfortable room with private bathroom (shower, wc, bidet and basin, hair dryer) and one single bed (200x90) window with view on the woods and meadow. Lovely wooden gallery with a further single bed and roof window. Details in yellow and orange. Natural oiled and waxed wood, without toxic paintings. Of course you find towels and bedlinen, we change them every 3/4 days or when needed. For the laundry we use only completely biodegradable eco washing products. On request guests can use our "summer kitchen" on the ground floor, with fridge and cooker, specially useful for families with children.
