Stage 2A Dolomiti Trek King Short Experience - Variant The Marmolada

From Pian dei Fiacconi walk down first on path no. 606 and after a short while turn left into path no. 619. Interestingly, the continual change of landscape that you encounter, passing first through the rocky slopes at the feet of the Marmolada glacier, then the characteristics of dugout shells and finally in the woods. The excursion goes on following the old Austrian military track excavated in the rock by Russian prisoners during World War I, until reaching the parking lot of Hotel Villetta Maria. From here proceed to "Pian Trevisan" on path no. 605 and then to Penìa di Canazei. Following on path 602/A and afterwards no. 602 uphill to Val Contrin.
