WELCOME ON LAKE GARDA! In a wonderful natural environment lies the stunning new Apartment Resort of 4LIMONI. This new property opened in june 2009. Located on the sunny side of the picturesque town of Riva Del Garda the resort is only a 15 minute walk to the town centre and 10 mins to the shores of the lake. Riva Del Garda is located on the north shore of Lake Garda. Nestled beneath imposing mountains and surrounded by Olive groves this newly built resort offers 15 separate apartments where no compromise has been made to quality. This family run resort offers the discerning client all the facilities they would expect from a modern resort. All 15 apartments (MAX until 5 ADULTS) are one bedroom comprising either double or twin beds, a spacious living room with sofa bed/s (1 double bed AND/OR 1 single bed) and fully equipped kitchenette. Cooking is with gas and each kitchen has a stove and refrigerator + DISHWASHER (from October 2010!). Bathrooms are equipped with shower. Each apartment has a wide terrace with garden furniture for al fresco dining. A/C is working both in the bedroom and in the living room. To allow you to keep in touch each apartment has got 2 modern LCD 32” satellite TV (1 in the bedroom and + 1 in the living room) and are also equipped with broadband ADSL internet access. All clients will be free to enjoy the private Outdoor Swimming-Pool and garden, sun beds, indoor garage to keep your sports equipment. The sailers have the possibility to park, if necessary, the trailer and its small boat on our private parking. In the basement we provide a laundry large separate room with WASHING MACHINE + DRYER + IRONING BOARD AND IRON. For final booking confirmation, a deposit of 50% of rental price is required to confirm your reservation, this can be be paid ONLY by CREDIT CARD. Full payment is required on arrival (by CREDIT CARD) and your keys will be provided at this stage. CANCELLING YOUR BOOKING: If you cancel you will be liable to pay the cancellation charges set out in the table below: Up to 15 days before check in date: 50% of the rental price 14 days or less before check in date: 100% of the rental price. Stays from 1St November 2015 will be charged a tourist tax. The tourist tax is an amount that must be paid at the accommodation for stays from 1 to 10 nights in addition to the price of the holiday booked
