Once here, you will never want to leave this beautiful, unique space. Away from the crowded places, we offer relaxation, privacy, tranquillity and pluses such as a swimming pool, barbecue and garden. A historic house from the 1600s in a small mountain village, carefully restored, preserving every detail. Care and attention for the environment can be seen in what has been done to make the house a fossil free home (photovoltaic system for light and heating - solar panels for hot water - recycling of rainwater for drinking in the garden, for toilet facilities, and for use of washing machines and dishwashers).
Every room in the flat, both bedrooms and common areas, are spacious, comfortable, warm and cosy, and reflect a simple but well-kept mountain style: wood is the most commonly used material in all the rooms.
Guest access:
the flat has an independent entrance and Guests can directly access the garden, barbecue area, table with benches under the pergola and the swimming pool equipped with sun beds (there is NO lifeguard so the property declines all responsibility in case of accidents).
Just 50m away is a small, well-stocked supermarket open Monday to Saturday from 8am to 12pm!
At 3 km there are Lidl, Despar, Eurospar, Conad.
Dimora La Meridiana is located in a strategic position only 30/40km from places like Madonna di Campiglio (35km), Pinzolo ( 20Km) Trento (45km) Lake Molveno ( 20km) Lake Garda (30Km).

Условия
We would like to inform guests that tourist tax amounts to € 1.00 per person per night, up to a maximum of 10 nights. The tax must be paid directly at the accommodation no later than on the last day of the stay. Children under the age of 14 are exempt.
Rooms are available from 2 p.m. and must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Check-in and check-out times are approximate and flexible on request. It is always advisable to check directly with the owners before arrival.
The balance of the reservation is requested either by bank transfer to be received 2 days before arrival or in cash upon check-in.
There is the possibility to rent towels and pool towels at a cost of €7 per person for the entire stay. The amount is to be paid on site in cash.
Please note that at certain times of the year the common areas of the flat (lounge, kitchen, corridor and outdoor garden with swimming pool) may be shared with other guests of the property. You can check this directly with the owners at the time of booking.

For walkers on the Sentiero San Vili, we offer the possibility of staying at our Apprtment by providing the rooms of the flat for private use and the possibility of using the common areas such as the living room and kitchen in common with other guests.
For those ,who do not wish to cook their own dinner, there is the possibility of ordering pizza at home and the following morning, from Monday to Saturday, a small supermarket is open, well stocked, just 20 from our facility from 08.00 to 12.00
For breakfast we provide a coffee machine, kettle, toaster and offer a small beakfast pocket for each of our guests
The price for the walker is a seasonal discounted price!
Unfortunately we cannot rent for one night only during the months of June, July and August subject to availability between bookings, as we only accept weekly bookings for these periods!
