MIRTILLO ROSSO RESIDENCE (altitude 1400 m ) is located in Monti Alti, the upper part of the tourist resort of Folgarida.
Mirtillo Rosso is a low building with 9 two-room apartments, with 4/6 beds. Each apartment has one double room, one two bunk bedded room, one bathroom and one living room with cooking area and sofa bed for two persons. The two sleeping rooms are separated from each other by a sliding door, while a curtain divides the living room from the sleeping area.

CONDITIONS: apartments consignment take place between 15.00 and 19.00 hour of the arrival day. Moreover, apartments should be left within 9.30 hour of the departure day, after our control.

PRICES INCLUDE: use of completely furnished apartment provided with cooking facilities, blankets, pillows, color TV,free private WI-FI, heating (only for winter season), electricity, hot water, gas.

PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE: tourist tax; compulsory Val di Sole Guest Card € 2,00 per person/day; kitchen towels (to take from home), on request bed linen and bath towels € 12,00/person at every change; compulsory final cleaning € 70,00 per apartment (included in the quote); refundable deposit € 100,00 per apartment. If dued, the animal price of € 35,00 (on request, only small/medium size cat/dog). Cradles for babies not available, to take from home.

ALL THESE COSTS HAVE TO BE PAID ON SPOT.
