General conditions for booking 1. The Reservation will be confirmed after the receipt of an account equal to 10% of the stay’s total amount, with minimum euro 100,00 per person. In Christmas period the account is euro 200,00 per person. You can pay the account through credit card using our payment system or bank transfer. Our bank code are: IBAN: IT91D0817935261000020223707 BIC/Swift: CCRTIT2T48A 2. In case of cancellation: within 21 days before the arrival, total repayment of the account; from the 20th day before the arrival to the arrival day, no repayment of the account. 3. The payment of the stay and additionals will be paied at the end of the stay. It is possible to pay cash, cheque or with credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro. 4. In case of bringing forward the day of departure, the management reserves himselfthe faculty to add 3 overnights stay following the official price list. 5. The room will be ready within 3.00 pm of the arrival’s day and guests are required to leave theirs rooms by 10.00 am of the departure’s day. 6. Sorry, but we don’t accept pets. 7. Full board includes: overnight stay, breakfast, lunch and dinner, drinks and additionals services not included. Half board includes: overnight stay, breakfast and dinner, drinks and additionals services not included. All the services not meant under the voice included will be considered additionals. 8. The Italian law (DL 201/2011) impose to pay by cash only amounts less than € 1.000,00 for each individual transaction. If the transaction involves the employment of cash of € 1.000,00 or a higher amount, it’s mandatory to use alternative means of payment such as credit cards, notnegotiable cheques, bank transfers if prepayed. It’s prohibited to split a single amount of € 1.000,00 or more into different payments in order to stay below the expected threshold. Stays from 1St November 2015 will be charged a tourist tax. The tourist tax is an amount that must be paid at the accommodation for stays from 1 to 10 nights in addition to the price of the holiday booked
