  • The price of the apartment includes the costs of heating, water, gas and electricity. Except the tourist tax 
  • To confirm the reservation a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. The final balance is requested upon arrival.
  • Booking cancellation. It is a situation that we hope will not occur: we look forward to welcoming you to our apartments. However, we would like to explain our internal regulations in the event of a request to cancel the reservation: for cancellations up to 21 days before the arrival date, we will withhold the deposit; for cancellations communicated 20 days before, 80% of the cost will be required. In case of late arrival or early departure 100% of the booked stay will be required.
