From Rifugio Boé, we strongly suggest climbing to Rifugio Capanna Piz di Fassa, the typical Alpine mountain hut located on the top of Piz Boé, at an elevation of more than 3150 m.
Equipment

Turn-by-turn directions
From Rifugio Maria to Sass Pordoi to Rifugio Boè.
At Passo Pordoi, you take the ski lift and climb up to Sass Pordoi. From Rifugio Maria to Sass Pordoi, you go down to Forcella Pordoi (Rifugio Forcella Pordoi), dropping by about 100 m in elevation along trail 627A.
From the saddle, you continue along trail 627 in the Boè direction, walking on the impressive Dolomitic plateau that the mountain is famous for.
You continue more or less at the same elevation until you reach Rifugio Boè.
To return, you follow the same route backwards.
VARIATIONS
NB: For those who are in good shape, it is possible to avoid using the Sass Pordoi ski lift, and to reach Forcella Pordoi on foot, starting directly from Passo Pordoi. The trail you must follow is still number 627.
