This historic Trentino winery lies in the heart of the splendid Valle dei Laghi through which the breeze known as the Ora del Garda gently blows. Since time immemorial the Pisoni family have devoted their lives to tending their vineyards and land; there is in fact evidence that they have been supplying wines and grappas since the late medieval period. They also produce Metodo Classico, which just goes to show that all those who have vineyards in Trentino just have to make TRENTODOC.
