The dishes offered by Emiliana Amadori put together all the traditional flavours and represent authentic Trentino cooking. To increase the value and quality of the dishes, she uses local products with a special eye for the mountain dairies in the surroundings. The menus turn into a display of traditional specialities, real points of excellence like carpaccio and lard with truffled polenta, strangolapreti, deer and shin with potatoes and sauerkraut. No to be missed the Bavarian chocolate cream. The house wine goes nicely with every dish.
