La Cantinota is located in the town's historical centre and was subjected to a complete refurbishment ten years ago, when the old spaghetti restaurant found here was turned into the restaurant you see today. Up to seventy guests can dine under its barrelled vaults. The restaurant has characteristic, traditional wood Alpine furnishings and boasts a warm and convivial atmosphere.

Maurizio Montibeller is the chef and owner of La Cantinota. His wife Maria and his daughter Deborah help him manage the restaurant and take great pleasure in preparing simple and delicious traditional dishes.
