All of the hotel's rooms have been carefully and painstakingly furnished with period furniture and furnishings, while the dining room is decorated in the Viennese style. Furthermore, the hotel also boasts a game room and a bar. Outside, it has both a garden and a solarium terrace, so that guests can take full advantage and unwind in the mountain air. In addition, it also has a tavern which often comes to life in the evenings and is filled with music and laughter. For the more refined palates, the restaurant has a well-stocked cellar and offers both wine and grappa tastings with the aid of a sommelier.

The hotel is owned by the Monari family, who has been running it for over a century, offering their guests modern-day services with old-fashioned quality. Mrs Monari oversees the kitchen with great skill. In addition to reinterpreting traditional Trentino dishes, she also prepares vegetarian and children's dishes.
The hotel offers its guests themed evenings, such as those featuring tasting menus with traditional dishes, as well as galas, candlelight dinners and music evenings.
