From Vigolo Vattaro, Tour of the Marzola mountain threshold to the Valsugana
The view which is presented to those who tackle this ride ranges from the city of Trento and the Valle dell'Adige to the area of the Lakes of Levico and Caldonazzo
Start from Vigolo Vattaro and pedal towards the public park and Castel Vigolo as far as the Feles Sanctuary where you go downhill to Bosentino, the hamlet of Migazzone, and proceed towards the village of S.Caterina on an unsurfaced, level road through a chestnut wood. In the middle of the village, after the church, you head for Maso Begher and Maso Posser. Along a short asphalted section you come to a hairpin and take the unsurfaced lane for the hamlet of San Vito; from here carry on towards Susà through the cherry orchards. On reaching the road which runs up from Pergine you continue towards Costasavina and then Roncogno. After the war memorial in the centre of the village you cross a bridge to the right and then follow an uphill road with some demanding sections until you come to Passo del Cimirlo
From the pass you choose the panoramic road to the Maranza mountain hut which alternates between some steep sections and lengthy level ones until you come to Pra Marquart (an old military barracks, once a powder magazine). Then you turn right in the direction of Forte Brusafer; just before reaching it you take a track (on foot for about 100 m.) as far as another forest road to Maso Slinzi. At a fork, take the route towards Fontanelle and the subsequent descent back to Vigolo Vattaro.
