One of the largest wine companies in Italy, successfully selling wine all over Italy and the world, Cavit is the pride and joy of the history of winemaking in Trentino.
It is a second degree co-operative formed by a number of major cooperatives. The image that best represents the philosophy of Cavit is that of a vine that only produces healthy grapes if the roots and other parts of the plant all play their part.
The top-of-the-range TRENTODOC line stands out amongst the sizeable volumes produced by Cavit. It comprises three products of the highest quality, which confirm Trentino's well-deserved renown of being a region particularly suited to making sparkling wines. Cavit owns Maso Toresella, a villa on Lake Toblino, which it uses for corporate entertainment.
