In Mezzano, one of the municipalities of the province of Trento that are located in the Primiero Valley, there is the Hotel Restaurant Soriva. This two-star, family-run hotel began operating in the 1960s, first as a restaurant and bar.
Since then, its cuisine continues to bring the best of traditional Trentino cuisine to the table, both for guests staying at its structure and for customers who decide to have a good dinner in the name of taste and authenticity. The menu includes the typical specialties of Trentino cuisine, prepared in a simple and authentic way, with the use of strictly zero-kilometre products.
