The Roma restaurant offers Trentino and Italian cuisine and pizzas cooked in a traditional wood-fired oven. Since 1968, it has been a benchmark for restaurants in Val di Fiemme. The kitchen and pizzeria are curated by chef Luca Monsorno, always looking for new proposals, from the most classic dishes of regional cuisine to more modern reinterpretations. Pasta, sweets and jams are homemade, and the ingredients used come from local and Trentino companies of excellence. Located in the village of Tesero, in the heart of the city centre, it is perfect for business lunches and themed dinners, with a personalised or à la carte menu, with the possibility of reserving one of the two rooms. Dishes suitable for gluten intolerants are also available on the menu, and pizza is also available gluten-free.
