The family-run Pizzeria Ristorante Relax is a place born from the idea of the same owners almost thirtyyears ago. Do not miss the mushroom noodles made with fresh pasta and seasoned with local chickpeas and porcini mushrooms, the game pappardelle, with roe deer ragout, the rustic quadroni, or buckwheat ravioloni with roe deer ragout seasoned with melted butter, bacon and juniper berries, the homemade grilled sausage and the mixed meat grill. The restaurant is located in Via Venezia, in Predazzo, and is closed on Mondays. The rest of the week is open for both lunch and dinner with the possibility of choosing pizza and cuisine in both time slots.
