Homemade pasta, seasonal delicacies, selected fish and meats: this is how we tantalize your palates in our restaurant. We adapt our menu to the season and the products available, we use as much as possible 0 km ingredients from Trentino, we create, cook and serve natural and high quality dishes.
Pizza is also special to us. The dough is made with type 1 semi-wholemeal flour, and respects the leavening times: that's why our pizza is so well digestible.
