The menu offers great Ledrian and regional dishes such as potato and rabbit polenta, salted meat and phasoi, tastings of alpine cheeses, strangolapreti, canederli and lake and river fish such as Persico and Salmerino. All, of course, accompanied by Trentino wines such as Teroldego, Marzemino and Nosiola.
