Ristorante Peter Brunel
Starred restaurant that offers an à la carte menu and two tasting routes, all united by the desire for experimentation and attention to raw materials
"Cooking in its early stages is science, study and research. Of the ingredients you have to know every secret and only later can you delight in new creations": this is the philosophy and culinary proposal of the Peter Brunel Gourmet Restaurant. The restaurant offers an à la carte menu and two tasting courses. They are united by a desire for experimentation and attention to the quality of raw materials. Born in 1975, originally from the Fassa Valley, Peter Brunel – who arrived at Villa Negri in Riva del Garda where, at the age of 28, in 2003 he won the coveted Michelin star - prepares dishes that tell of his travels and his years of research and for lunch offers the possibility of choosing a faster culinary experience, with a two- or three-course menu.
