Ristorante PerBacco

Perbacco is the name of our restaurant located in the village of Mezzolombardo near an ancient church, in the historic district of the "Borghet".

The old portal opens onto a courtyard where, on summer days, it is possible to taste our culinary proposals in peace.

At the entrance of the restaurant you will be welcomed by the aperitif and appetizer counter, with a wide choice of wines by the glass and an easy and fast proposal, we thought this was the best way to let you enter our little world.

Two intimate and welcoming rooms make up the restaurant, here every month a new menu is proposed linked to the seasonality and territoriality of the products. This is because our idea of cuisine seeks inspiration and innovation but has its roots in the Trentino gastronomic tradition of which it wants to represent an evolution.

After introducing you to our restaurant, all we have to do is invite you to come and visit us because, speaking of cuisine, there is no more convincing proof than a taste!
