Chalet Tovel is an authentic mountain chalet, intimate and welcoming, just a few steps from the shores of Lake Tovel, in the unspoilt nature of the Adamello Brenta Nature Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Typical Trentino dishes, such as canederli, polenta and apple strudel, are flanked by innovative first and second courses, which once again offer zero-kilometre products, chosen from among the best suppliers in Trentino, accompanied by excellent local wines.
You will also find proposals for celiacs (gluten-free dishes) and vegetarian menus. A menu to be discovered slowly, on the beautiful terrace, or in the bright spaces of the restaurant.
