In this beautiful restaurant in the centre of Val di Fiemme, in the locality of Lago di Tesero, customers are pampered with delicious dishes such as Angus Argentino tartare, Tropea onion ice cream, Pink Lady apple and crispy rye chips, marinated venison carpaccio, Shitake mushrooms, smoked potato and raspberry coulis and Sicilian cannoli with cod, creamy Fiemme and hazelnut mousse. Also excellent are the fried egg with artichoke cream and gorgonzola mousse and the ducal tortello, with potatoes and roasted onion, sage butter and brown bottom. Among the second dishes, don't miss the crunchy duck with star aniseed orange sauce and butter vegetables, the chickpea curry with spices and coconut milk with brown rice and the cube roll cut with Treviso radicchio and smoked provola.
