Ristorante Hotel Trento
The restaurant is located inside the Hotel Trento in Pozza. It was renovated in 2015 respecting tradition and hospitality, values that have always been the flagship of the Fassa Valley.
The room is spacious, bright, furnished in a typical mountain style with a panoramic view of the large and well-kept garden, where you can sip a good aperitif before lunch or dinner. The cuisine is a guarantee of quality and variety: local specialities are combined with the best delicacies of Italian gastronomy, paired with a glass of Trentino wine or a craft beer. Vegetarian, vegan and celiac proposals are always on the menu. Possibility of pick-up service by reservation (fixed or à la carte menu).
Small pets are allowed in the restaurant's indoor lounge; large dogs are also welcome on the terrace.
