Ristorante Hotel Ramon
The Bernard family has been pampering their customers for over 50 years, making them feel at home.
The structure is located near the starting station of the Col Rodella cable car, with direct access to the cross-country tracks, in winter, and to the pedestrian cycle that connects Canazei to Moena. The restaurant, inside the Hotel Ramon, offers traditional Trentino cuisine with some proposals beyond the border. What do we recommend? Salted meat carpaccio, polenta gnocchi with game ragout or schlutzkrapfen (ravioli) with red turnips, beef cut with potato röstinchen and speck. And finally, the original homemade Sacher ice cream! Accompanying it all is a well-stocked list of local wines. Hotel Ramon has chosen to serve Cedea water at the table, bottled at Alba di Canazei, which flows from a spring at the foot of the Marmolada.
