Alessandro Gilmozzi runs this delightful restaurant in Val di Fiemme with the ambition of being able to express his philosophy and bring it to people. The constant research on the territory, the collaboration with local producers and the lessons learned from great masters and colleagues, have meant that El Molin became over the years a cradle of continuous creativity.
