Since 1921, the Merli family has managed the Casavecchia hotel, which generation after generation brings many improvements, not least, the restaurant's offer is expanded.
Giuliano and Stefania finally grew up and decided to collaborate with Mamma Rosanna in the management of Casavecchia, bringing their experience gained working in other facilities.
The love for catering that distinguishes them drives the Family to undertake a new challenge: to keep the restaurant open almost all year round, proposing a new menu every month to give its guests the opportunity to taste different dishes with seasonal ingredients, mixing tradition with innovation.
