In our Osteria Tipica Trentina, the atmosphere recalls the past, from the paintings on the walls to the architecture of the building, a building from the 1600s.
We bring traditional recipes to the table with a touch of novelty: potato ravioli and bacon, canederli in speckled broth, cream of porcini mushrooms and lucanica, orange-marinated trout with corn humus and alpine butter.
Finally, order an apple strudel or a homemade caramel cream. To be enjoyed also on outdoor tables.
