Trentino tradition and creativity are the common thread of the menus that the Chef constantly updates and renews, as the seasons change, in the real kitchens of Castel Toblino, Sarche (TN). Theattention and depth of the culinary themes is expanded so as not to offend any palate. The gastronomic research, characterized by an original stylistic figure, is oriented to the new frontier of health cuisine, without forgetting the pleasure of taste. "The constant search for quality, the exaltation of flavours combined with the passion for our work have one goal: to always convey new emotions". His cuisine is natural and clean, never conventional.
The CASTLE
Castel Toblino is the most famous of the castles of Trentino and owes its fame to the unique location and the beautiful environment that surrounds it. It was born on a rocky spur detached from the mountain above and ended up in the lake. Over the years, the water level dropped and now it appears to us as a peninsula. The first building built was a small temple dedicated to the cult of the fairies who resided on the island: a small plaque in the porch of the castle attests to its historicity. Subsequently, a fortification with a military-strategic function was erected, due to the presence of the important road junction that connects Trento to the Sarca valleys. What we admire today, however, is the result of the rebuilding commissioned by Bernardo Clesio in the 16th century: the manor was transformed into a residence much appreciated by the Prince Bishops of Trento and in particular by the Madruzzo. It became one of the best known lake fortifications not only in Valle dei Laghi but in the entire region.
