It is also thanks to its gourmet cuisine at high altitude: its chefs specialise in typical Trentino Alto Adige recipes that make your day in the mountains even more enjoyable, thanks to local ingredients, often organic and zero-kilometre. Some examples? Potato tortelli stuffed with stinky cheese, roe deer ravioli on blueberry butter, organic spelt linguine, canederli in broth or game sauce, organic trout rolls. Added to these are gluten-free proposals and a rich selection of pizzas. Even sweets won't leave you disappointed.
