Al Silenzio is a free place, without constraints: it is a wine bar if you want to drink a glass of wine, a restaurant if you want to eat, a place to talk and eat a tapas calmly. The house's specialty is Trentin Sushi, garnished with marinated and smoked river fish and flanked by processed vegetables from the Gresta Valley. Sushi in fact does not mean raw but literally refers to a rice-based dish seasoned with rice vinegar, sugar and salt, which in our case is also combined with processed vegetables of various kinds and which give life to the VEGAN line: Valle di Gresta. Al Silenzio Laboratorio is a small shop, right in front of the restaurant, where we supply a part of the restaurant's takeaway line of dishes and where we keep the products of our local farmers and suppliers.
STRENGTH
Alongside traditional Trentino dishes there are Spanish tapas, dishes from the Japanese Far East, from India to Scandinavia and Anatolia revised and rethought by combining products at km0.
