The entire menu is characterised by the use of fresh ingredients, from organic farming and grown in the restaurant's vegetable garden. Located in Seio, a hamlet of the Municipality of Sarnonico, the Ristorante Tipico Al Dosarel combines classic dishes with a series of refined and creative gastronomic proposals. Standing out are some ancient local recipes handed down for generations. These include the mosaic with malga butter, a delicious poor dish based on wheat flour and white flour and the classic "roasted" potatoes and polenta with mixed cold cuts and cheeses.
