The restaurant inside the recently renovated Chalet Queen is located in Alba di Canazei, surrounded by a dense forest of fir trees and with a large garden, not far from the ski lift station. The elegance and essentiality of the wooden furnishings accompany delicious dishes, well balanced in tastes and colours. The chef, at the head of a proven kitchen brigade, prefers simple menus that enhance the flavours of the raw materials, selected and as local as possible, thanks to careful processing, new combinations and non-trivial contrasts. The annual opening will allow you to experience the change of season even at the table, with fresh products and refined proposals. The winery, on display, is a real gem of the structure: it offers hundreds of regional, national and foreign labels that are also appreciated by enthusiasts.
